Journals/prints: 3–5 days processing + 3–7 days U.S. shipping.
International orders may take 10–21 days.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund your order after careful consideration.
Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of purchase, before printing begins.
How do I care for my journal?
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid spills, the pages are uncoated paper.
