We partner with two trusted printing providers: Lulu Direct (for journals and prints) and Printify (for apparel and accessories). Each item is made to order and shipped directly to you.

Journals/prints and apparel are produced in different facilities. If your order includes both, they will ship separately and may arrive on different days.

Journals/prints: 7–10 days processing + 3–7 days U.S. shipping.
International orders may take 21–30 days.

All of our products are made to order. This means your item is created only after you place your order. Instead of sitting in a warehouse, each product is freshly printed and prepared specifically for you to ensure it arrives brand new and high quality, and to cut down waste that will help the environment. Because of this process, production may take a few extra days before shipping.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for size or color changes. Please review the Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund your order after careful consideration.

Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of purchase, before printing begins.

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $60 (before taxes and discounts).

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If your order includes journals and apparel, you may receive two separate tracking numbers.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees.
