1. Introduction

Welcome to Boraciel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boraciel website, products, and services (the "Service"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Boraciel

Boraciel offers made-to-order journals, prints, apparel, and accessories. Products are produced on demand through our print partners, Lulu Direct (journals & prints) and Printify (apparel & accessories).

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on officialboraciel.myshopify.com are subject to acceptance by Boraciel. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on inventory, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Pricing & Payment

Product prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed at checkout. You are responsible for payment of all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Because Boraciel uses print-on-demand partners, production and shipping times vary by product and provider:

• Journals and prints (Lulu Direct): typical production 3–5 business days; U.S. shipping 3–7 business days; international 10–21 business days.
• Apparel and accessories (Printify): typical production 2–5 business days; U.S. shipping 3–7 business days; international 10–20 business days.

Orders containing items from multiple providers may arrive separately. Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Boraciel is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or other delivery issues outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because each item is printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preferences. We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. To request a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at officialboraciel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet begun. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at officialboraciel@gmail.com. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on officialboraciel.myshopify.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and page layouts, is the property of Boraciel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from Boraciel.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to Boraciel, you grant Boraciel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the website and for promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Boraciel reserves the right to remove any content and to terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Boraciel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boraciel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Boraciel's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Boraciel harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications to the Service & Terms

Boraciel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
