Because every Boraciel product is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Final Sale

All items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
